4.3 Data Modification Policy

We do not modify your QuickBooks data. Our integration is strictly read-only. We will never:

• Create, edit, or delete any transactions in your QuickBooks account
• Alter account names, balances, or classifications
• Modify any QuickBooks settings or configurations

Your QuickBooks account remains entirely under your control, and all accounting records remain authoritative in QuickBooks.

The Platform integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online to import your financial data for analytics and benchmarking purposes. This integration is read-only — we do not create, modify, or delete any data in your QuickBooks account. When you authorize this connection:

• We use OAuth 2.0 for secure, token-based authentication with Intuit
• Your QuickBooks access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
• We access only the financial data needed to power your dashboards and benchmarks (profit & loss, balance sheet, revenue, and expense data)
• We do not store raw transaction-level data beyond what is necessary for reporting
• QuickBooks data is used exclusively to generate analytics within the Platform and is never sold or shared with third parties outside your franchise network
• You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from your Platform settings, which immediately revokes our access

Your use of QuickBooks Online is also subject to Intuit's Privacy Statement. We are not responsible for data practices of Intuit or any third-party service.

7.2 Other Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for analytics, hosting, and other operational purposes. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements.

8. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information:

• Within your franchise network: Aggregated and anonymized benchmarking data may be shared with franchisor administrators
